This is the video for 'Say You Don't Want It' by Indie Pop band 'One Night Only'.
The video is set in downtown New York, and features the lead singer of the band with his love interest, played by 'Harry Potter' actress Emma Watson. This link to the popular film series would appeal to the audience as they would have grown up reading the books and watching the films, and would also be of a similar age to her and the band members. Although this was an expensive video to create, it maintains a huge convention in Indie music videos that it has an easy to replicate 'low budget' look. This allows for consumers to become producers and take an active role in the music video experience as they could create parodies in similar locations (cities or towns) around the world.
I really like this video and think it is very typical of a video in the Indie genre, as it maintains the 'low budget' look, emphasizes the creativity of the artist, features an intertextual reference to a film series that would be recognised by the target audience, and has a well constructed muted colour scheme throughout.
